● Cold-state solid-state welding, ideal for low-resistance, heat-damage-free bonding of thin and soft non-ferrous metals, foils, wires, and dissimilar metals;

● Applicable materials: copper, oxygen-free copper, 1-series pure aluminum, gold, silver, soft brass, soft aluminum alloy;

● Typical workpieces: battery tabs (copper foil / aluminum foil), copper strips, aluminum strips, nickel strips, metal wires;

● Thermal impact: No obvious high temperature, oxidation, deformation or phase transformation;

● Electrical conductivity: Ultra-low and stable contact resistance (close to base metal);

● Welding cycle: 0.01–2 seconds per spot (high speed & high efficiency);

● Weld strength: Shear strength reaches 85–90% and above of the base metal.
